The Process
When to Book
The best time to book your maternity session is between 29 and 35 weeks. You will be fairly mobile at this time and have a beautiful belly. However, if your schedule doesn't fit within this timeframe, let me know and we can work within your timeline. For motherhood sessions, anytime is a good time to book however, definitely think about what stage your baby is at. Are they a newborn? Can they hold their head up? Can they sit unassisted? The answers to these questions will determine the images we can get from our time together.

• Your preferred colours, fonts, and overall style inspiration
For business cards, for example, you will need a logo, contact details, and any imagery you want to include. I recommend providing high-resolution files to ensure the best print quality. If you’re unsure about any of this, I’m happy to guide you!
Design & Revisions
Once I have all the details, I’ll create an initial design concept tailored to your needs. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request revisions to ensure everything is perfect before finalizing.
Finalizing & Preparing Files for Print
When you approve the final design, I’ll prepare high-resolution files suitable for printing, ensuring the correct bleed, margins, resolution, and colour format (CMYK for printing).
Need Help with Printing?
Not sure where to print your design? Do terms like bleed, GSM, resolution, and DPI feel overwhelming? No worries!
As an optional add-on service, I can arrange professional printing for your design through a trusted print lab. This ensures your materials are printed on high-quality paper or signage with the best possible finish. This service comes at an additional cost, but it guarantees professional results without the hassle.
